This policy explains how Munsshi handles information submitted through this website and processed during the limited early-access program.
1. Website applications and contact messages
When you apply or contact us, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, business, contact details, location, call-volume ranges, workflows, languages, Android device, and desired result. Form submissions are sent to our API and stored in our database so we can review fit and respond.
2. Analytics choices
We offer a choice before loading Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity. If you reject analytics, these services are not loaded. If you accept, they may process device, browser, interaction, and approximate-location information under their respective policies. You can clear the saved choice in your browser storage to choose again.
3. Call processing during early access
Call audio is transmitted to a cloud service for speech processing. The context used for AI reasoning is designed to contain the customer's query without personal data. Munsshi identifies itself as AI at the beginning of a call.
4. Records stored locally
Full call audio, transcripts, summaries, caller details, customer history, lead status, follow-up tasks, and booking or appointment details may be stored locally on the participating business's Android device. These retained records are not persistently stored by Munsshi in the cloud and remain on the device until the business chooses to manually delete them.
5. Business responsibility
The participating business controls its customer relationships, workflows, and local records. It is responsible for using Munsshi lawfully and for providing any notices or obtaining any permissions required for calls, recordings, transcriptions, follow-ups, or customer-data processing.
6. Outbound calls
Early-access outbound calls are limited to existing customers or leads who have consented to contact. Munsshi does not support cold calling or purchased contact lists.
7. Retention and deletion
Website application and contact records are retained while needed to manage enquiries and the early-access program. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing us. Call records stored on the participating Android device can be manually deleted by the business.
