These terms govern use of the Munsshi website and participation in the limited early-access program.
1. Development status
Munsshi is currently under development and is not generally available. Working building blocks are configured and validated with selected businesses. Features, availability, compatibility, pricing, and workflows may change as the product develops.
2. Applications
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. We review fit and aim to respond to shortlisted applicants within one week. Commercial and onboarding terms are discussed privately.
3. Validation program
The planned validation period is 30 days. The participating business and Munsshi agree on the workflow and success measures, which may include calls handled, response accuracy, qualified leads, follow-ups, time saved, bookings, and customer satisfaction.
4. Assisted Android setup
Selected businesses receive assisted setup on an Android device. Compatibility is reviewed privately. The business is responsible for backing up its device and following the onboarding instructions before device-level changes are made.
5. Responsible calling
Participants must use Munsshi only for lawful business communication. Outbound calls are limited to existing customers or leads who have consented to contact. Cold calling and purchased contact lists are prohibited.
6. Customer notices and permissions
Munsshi identifies itself as AI during calls. The participating business remains responsible for any additional notices, permissions, or records required by applicable privacy, recording, telecommunications, consumer-protection, or sector-specific rules.
7. Early-access reliability
The service may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable during development. The owner can take over a live call, and the intended cloud-failure path rings the phone for human answering. Participants should maintain a practical fallback for business-critical communication.
