These Terms govern your access to and use of the munsshi website, the waitlist, and the munsshi AI receptionist service (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Early Access & Private Beta
munsshi is currently offered as a private beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change, and the Service may be unavailable or interrupted from time to time as we develop it. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access by any particular date.
2. Responsible Use & Consent
You agree to use munsshi only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all local, state, and national laws, including those relating to call recording, privacy, and telecommunications. You must obtain any necessary consents from callers before recording or summarizing calls where required by law.
3. Hardware & Companion App
The Service requires the munsshi bridge (USB-C dongle) and the companion app on a compatible Android device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your munsshi account.
4. Fees & Payments
Early-access pricing is described on our pricing page and may change. Any paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but fees paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, munsshi and Zest Living shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, India.
