Early-access calling workflows for clinics and dentists

Keep routine clinic calls moving while the team is with patients.

A candidate early-access workflow for routine administrative calls using clinic-approved information. Munsshi does not diagnose, triage symptoms, or provide medical advice.

The challenge

Built to resolve friction in daily call workflows.

Clinic teams repeatedly answer questions about hours, location, consultation fees, appointment availability, and rescheduling.

During early access, one routine workflow is configured with the clinic's approved knowledge and escalation rules. Urgent, clinical, or uncertain requests are handed to a person.

Common pain points

  • Routine calls interrupt patient-facing work.
  • Booking enquiries lose context between callbacks.
  • Reminder calls consume staff time.

30-day success measures

What we measure instead of promising results.

01

Routine calls handled accurately.

02

Booking enquiries captured with the required details.

03

Reminder outcomes and human handovers recorded.

Simulated call dialogue

The owner configures the approved knowledge, rules, and handover conditions. Actual wording and results will vary.

I have recorded your preference. The clinic can confirm the available slot according to its approved process.

Step-by-step workflow

How the call flow works end-to-end.

01

Identify the request

Separates routine administrative questions from requests that need clinic staff.

02

Use approved knowledge

Answers only from the clinic's configured hours, fees, services, and booking rules.

03

Record or hand over

Captures the enquiry or rings the owner for takeover when the request is clinical, urgent, or uncertain.

Honest data flow

Cloud speech processing. Local retained records.

Call audio is transmitted to a cloud service for processing. The reasoning context contains the query without personal data. Audio, transcripts, summaries, customer history, lead status, tasks, and booking details retained after the call are stored locally on the Android device until the business manually deletes them.

The owner can take over a live call. If cloud processing is unavailable, the phone rings so the owner can answer.
